Probably eBay gets the highest price.
They also do online sales person to person at either the Kitco or Gold is Money forum.
I think it is ok to mention that since graded coins are not sold in catalog or Nucleo.
I would avoid Craigslist.

To follow up, after checking eBay fees, you may get the highest price selling there, but
you will pay about 5% (final value plus paypal fees) in seller fees.
Check out what the same item is selling for there first.
The fees for smaller items can be over 10% . I was just
checking what a CMX 10 oz bar sells for on eBay and after
fees you would net quite a bit under the Nucleo sales price.

I have bought a lot on eBay, much of it from Bullion Direct when they
were selling there. I did not realize how much the selling costs were.
It does not bother me at all when I am selling a household item, video game etc.
But the bullion is all about profit and loss.

Here is a pretty good eBay cost calculator....http://www.ebcalc.com/

Dont' forget about shipping and insurance cost. By the time you pay your percentage for shipping, insurance and sales cost it is almost always best to auction at one of the big public auctions where you get a straight out 10-15% buyers premium held out. Dont go swiss america what ever you do. When I first started buying I was paying 45%spread to them on my first transaction. Kitco has had to run several investigations on shortage shipments. I always got my gold /silver in the long run but it is almost as if, they are hoping you dont count when you recieve. I still use them some. You may try IPM (International Precious Metals) -silsbee texas. You can dicker on the spread there.

craigs list is great to buy from if you exercise due caution have them bring coins to your bank inspect them withdraw money and pay for them. just scored some philharmonics silvers for 25 cents over spot, kug for 10 bucks over, and tent oz eagle for 110 bucks.
